THE PROCESS CLARITY AUDIT
One messy workflow.
A clear map of what's broken.
And exactly what to fix first.
Located in Greensboro, North Carolina. Serving clients virtually anywhere.
What’s the Process Clarity Audit?
-
What it is
A focused, low-commitment audit of one process that's costing you time, money, or team frustration.
You get a clear picture of where the bottlenecks are and what to tackle first.
No long engagement.
No big investment.
-
Who it's for
Small business owners and small teams who know a process is broken somewhere, but have no idea where.
If you've said “we need to fix this” more than once this month, this is for you.
Common examples of processes: onboarding, invoicing, client communications, handoffs, approvals, and task tracking.
Not a fit: complex system migrations, HR/legal/compliance issues, or whole-business transformations.
-
What you get
A current-state map of your process. What happens now, step by step.
The top 3 bottlenecks. Where time, money, or quality is leaking.
Prioritized recommendations:
What to fix first
What to leave alone
A one-page plan you can act on yourself or hand to your team.
-
What it's not
This audit is not a hands-on implementation or full digital transformation. That's a separate conversation if you want it.
This audit is designed to give you clarity and a clear next step, fast.
It’s also not a gateway to me offering to build a $2k system using an AI assistant. I’ll find your process issue and recommend a plan that uses the technology you already have whenever possible.
Investment: $750
Includes:
analysis of one process
one 45-minute intake call
a workflow mapping of the process discussed
a bottleneck breakdown showing where the friction points are

a one-page action plan that you can implement yourself

About Me
I’m Marcia.
And for more than a decade I've worked at the intersection of people, process, and technology.
My career has taken me from digital operations in the hospitality industry to process improvement and application support in highly regulated federal environments. Across every role, I've noticed the same pattern: organizations rarely struggle because they lack technology. They struggle because people don't have clear, practical ways to use it consistently.
That's the perspective I bring to every client engagement.
I believe the best systems are the ones people actually use. Whether I'm clarifying workflows, improving documentation, or helping businesses get more value from the tools they already have, my goal is always the same: to make work feel simpler, more consistent, and less mentally exhausting.
Technology should support the way you work, not become another thing you have to manage. When your systems are clear, your processes are practical, and your team knows where to find what they need, your business becomes easier to run. And you get more time to focus on serving your clients.
